We are a healthy school! Our pupils are encourage to take care of their own, and each other’s, physical and mental health. We have visiting sports’ coaches every week, after school sport and even our own track on the field for cycling and running. We take part in challenges and competitions both within school and between schools. We learn about keeping healthy in all classes. We have fruit as a snack at playtime. We encourage healthy eating and grow some of our own fruits and vegetables. We also celebrate World Mental Health Day and have reflective areas around school where children can think and pray. Children are always encouraged to be kind to one another and themselves.
